Any orders from you on our Website/CD or over the telephone constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement with Design-A-Rock. The binding purchase agreement only comes into existence when we accept your order either on the website or by sending you an e-mail or written communication or by dispatching the goods ordered.
The goods and price information on our Website is subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed on the Website at the time of your order.

If goods you ordered are not available within 30 days of your order we can withdraw from the purchase agreement even if we have confirmed acceptance of your order.
If we withdraw from the purchase agreement we will immediately inform you of this and will immediately refund the consideration already paid by you for these goods.
The purchase price for the goods ordered becomes due upon the shipping of your order by Design-a-Rock. Payment may only be effected by credit card or company cheque. You may not make any set off against our claim for payment unless the amount set off is not disputed by us or has been the subject of a final and binding judgement against us.

The liability of one party in case of damages to the other party shall be in accordance with the statutory law.
You may assign your contractual rights to a third party only with Design-A-Rock prior written consent.
The Agreement shall be governed by English law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

Delivery
Transfers will be delivered to you in 14 - 21 days or sooner dependent or stock availability.
Delivery is free of charge on orders over the value of £250 (Ex VAT) to UK mainland address.
For orders under £250 there is a delivery charge of £5.50 per carton
Saturday delivery as well as delivery to non-UK mainland address is available .Prices on application.
You are also welcome to collect your order from our offices, between 9am through to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 hours between placing your order and collection.

Payment
Non Account customers can pay by cash, cheque or credit card with order or on collection. Cheques must be accompanied by a guarantee card.
A payment of 50% of total invoice for Bespoke Logo’s and designs must be paid for on order confirmation and the balance required before delivery.
Strictly 30 days nett credit accounts may be opened subject to satisfactory references. Credit account application forms are available on request.
